SUGGESTED USE: dissolve one portion of the product – 30g (2 scoops) in 200ml of water or milk, use a shaker or a blender. Take (3) servings daily. ON WORKOUT DAYS: (1) serving in the morning after getting up, (2) serving immediately after traning and (3) serving before bedtime. Directions
Preheat your oven. Mix one serving of powder (125 g) with 150 ml of water in a mixing bowl until smooth. Mix vigorously with a spoon or a beater. Pour the batter into the baking tray. Depending on the properties of your oven bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200°C. Test for doneness with a needle probe before finishing baking. Wait until it cools down and enjoy!
