How does HMB work?HMB (B-hydroxy-B-methylbutyrate) is an effective alternative to illegal doping agents - it supports the growth of muscle tissue while reducing body fat. The human body, after each strenuous effort, under long-term stress and as a result of inadequate diet, causes a catabolic process that destroys muscle proteins, thus reducing muscle mass. To counteract this, the human defense mechanism produces hydroxymethylbutyric acid, popularly known as HMB . Its task is to protect muscle proteins against breakdown and to stimulate the consumption of energy from fat stores, thanks to which there is a faster and full regeneration of muscles, and at the same time a significant reduction of adipose tissue. By using HMB, you can limit the daily protein intake to as much as 1 gram per kilogram of body weight, while maintaining similar results as during a high-protein diet.What can be achieved by using Trec HMB?The effect of HMB should in no way be compared to the effect of creatine, which is very fast and strong, but after a few weeks it wears off. Recommended consumption / preparation method:
Take a single serving of the preparation - 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings a day.
