Within the proteins contained in this product around 40 kinds can be distinguished, of which the most important are: albumin (54%), transferrin (12%), mucoid (11%), globulins (8%), lysozyme (3.5%), avidin (0.06%) and others (11.5%).
Egg white is classified as a slowly digested and absorbed proteins.

Recommendation

Directions
Preheat your oven. Mix one serving of powder (125 g) with 150 ml of water in a mixing bowl until smooth. Mix vigorously with a spoon or a beater. Pour the batter into the baking tray. Depending on the properties of your oven bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200°C. Test for doneness with a needle probe before finishing baking. Wait until it cools down and enjoy!
