- it contains a full profile of proteinogenic amino acids with a significant share of essential amino acids (EAA), inclining branched-chain amino acid (BCAA), which exhibit strong anabolic and anti-catabolic action,

- L-arginine (Arg). Although L-arginine is a relatively exogenous amino acid, its internal biosynthesis cannot compensate for insufficient supply with food in conditions of increased demand1,2 such as intense physical exercise or weakening of the body as a result of an accident or a disease.
It has been proven that L-arginine improves the synthesis of growth factors (polyamines) involved in the tissue growth process and, as shown by clinical trials, it promotes protein synthesis in the body. Together with glycine and L-methionine, it is also involved in the synthesis of creatine. Scientific literature also reports that Arg plays a role in growth hormone secretion (clinical trials of healthy males; 3)

The reason for such a significant change is increased nitrogen retention in the cells caused by Pro – from 1.27 to 1.53 g/kg of body mass.
